I am so glad you are here...

My name is Jess and I am a 500HR Yoga teacher passionate about helping people feel strong, grounded, and connected to themselves both on and off the mat. I believe wellness doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful, and that true confidence comes from learning to listen to your body.

Whether I’m teaching dynamic flows, exploring strength and mobility, speaking about manifestation or mindset, my goal is always the same.. to help people move through life with more intention, resilience, and ease.

I absolutely adore Jess’s classes!! I look forward to them every week and find it’s such a great way to start my weekend. Her classes are a great workout but also one big moving meditation. I feel so connected and grounded during and after the class. I particularly enjoy the card pull at the beginning and the delicious meditation at the end. I’ve also had 1:1 sessions with Jess which were incredibly helpful and tailored to my needs. She really took the time to take things back to basics and have great hints on how to improve my form. I can’t recommend Jess enough!!
